About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven Production Designer to transform creative concepts into final, production-ready assets for our in-store display programs. In this role, you’ll focus on technical execution, file preparation, and print accuracy — ensuring every graphic aligns with brand standards and manufacturing requirements before it reaches the retail floor. You’ll collaborate closely with both structural and graphic designers to finalize layouts, adjust files, and prepare clean production artwork. From color accuracy to resolution and sizing, you’ll serve as a key quality checkpoint in the process, bridging the gap between creative vision and finished product. The ideal candidate thrives under deadlines, enjoys precision work, and takes pride in delivering flawless output. At Insignia, we pride ourselves on a collaborative, hands-on culture where creativity meets execution. As a Production Designer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our retail displays look exactly as intended — helping brands connect with shoppers through high-quality, accurate in-store experiences. If you enjoy precision, problem-solving, and seeing your work come to life at retail, we’d love to hear from you.
