About The Position

The Production Designer (Per Diem) provides hands-on mechanical production support to our Creative team on an as-needed basis. In this role, you’ll execute, version, resize, and prepare creative assets so they are accurate, on-spec, and ready for release across print and digital channels. Working from approved creative direction and established brand standards, you’ll adapt layouts into new formats and sizes, manage version control, and prepare final files for delivery. Success looks like clean builds, precise specifications, organized file structures, and work that moves smoothly from creative approval to deployment. This is primarily a production-focused role (approximately 85% production / 15% light design support). As a per diem team member, you’ll support defined projects and high-volume periods, working independently on assigned deliverables while aligning with senior designers and production leads to ensure quality and consistency. If you’re detail-driven, process-oriented, and take pride in getting the mechanics right, this role is built for you.
