A successful Production Data Analyst will be instrumental in leading day-to-day data analysis and other needs for the manufacturing facilities within Fiserv's Output Solutions. You will interface with multiple levels of leadership across various operations and partner with specialists in data to ensure accuracy and documentation of performance metrics. Your role will support productivity and efficiency improvements across Output Solutions, playing an essential role in maintaining standards and assisting operations management with driving performance.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Production Data Analysis applications and its uses, including documentation of SOPs and best practices for newly implemented reporting procedures.
  • Refine and own production standards in partnership with site leadership.
  • Facilitate development requirements and monitor the development of production reports and data.
  • Oversee production operator scorecards related to development and utilization at the shop level.
  • Use data to identify and recommend process enhancements at all production sites.
  • Conduct audits on the vendor and internal operations to ensure compliance with standards and expectations.
  • Identify gaps in production reports or processes and work to solution those gaps.
  • 4+ years of experience with business analysis, capacity planning, and/or workforce management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL databases.
  • 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • 2+ years experience using generative AI or machine learning models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics or a related field, and/or equivalent work and/or military experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with predictive and prescriptive data analytics.
  • 4+ years of advanced modeling experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with statistical tools.
  • Experience with manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.
  • Lean 6 Sigma certification, ISO certification or related manufacturing certifications.
