About The Position

Responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting production data to generate meaningful insights that support improved operational efficiency, reduced downtime, optimized resource usage, and decreased production costs. This role requires advanced analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable recommendations for the production and management teams. In addition, this position supports the maintenance of accurate data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools used across the department.

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or production analytics roles.
  • Fluency in Korean and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel: pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, charts).
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and data extraction/reporting tools.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex production metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple analytical tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred; additional certifications in analytics or data science are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production consumption, scrap, downtime, and efficiency data using spreadsheets, dashboards, and ERP system tools.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain analytical models to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across production lines.
  • Create and manage advanced spreadsheets and dashboards for real-time production performance reporting.
  • Generate periodic reports for management, including KPIs, cost reduction opportunities, labor utilization, and material performance.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to interpret data findings and recommend corrective or optimization actions.
  • Validate, clean, and structure incoming production data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
  • Maintain datasets of line trials, components, and raw materials, ensuring consistency and proper categorization within ERP and analytical tools.
  • Support continuous improvement projects through deep-dive analyses and scenario modeling.
  • Document analytical methodologies, maintain organized digital files, and ensure traceability of data sources.
  • Communicate findings effectively in Korean and Spanish.
