Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled shift regularly and punctually and fulfill all required duties.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and brand integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure safe and efficient set-up, operation, and tear-down of processing equipment.
  • Abide by recipes, target moistures, and quality standards for cheese production.
  • Strive to achieve production targets and goals according to schedule.
  • Adhere to FIFO rotation procedures of product and departmental ingredients.
  • Operate presses, robots, and bag washers.
  • Maintain the work area, ensuring general housekeeping for a safe environment.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure product meets specifications and document verification actions.
  • Assist teammates in reaching their full potential by promoting teamwork.
  • Effectively communicate with department, plant, and company personnel.
  • Complete departmental checklists and paperwork accurately.
  • Operate C.I.P. and C.O.P. systems and sanitize production equipment as per guidelines.
  • Practice and enforce good manufacturing and health and safety practices.
