About The Position

The Production Coordinator at Wastequip is responsible for maintaining the production schedule, managing daily production tasks, and ensuring order completion. This role involves close collaboration with Fabrication and Production Supervisors, processing material requisitions, and coordinating in-house fabrication demands as well as outsourcing special materials. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Must work well with others
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and self-motivated
• ERP, MRP, Excel, and planning experience - Required

Responsibilities

• Process daily order changes
• Run the Work Order Log
• Complete previous day product build reconciliation
• Balance Production Schedule against Sales Quote Board
• Check in materials against daily Priority Report
• Forward Priority Report to Fontana
• Print new Orders and process all BOM's and send to Shops for inventory analysis
• Process all materials requirements
• Add needed materials requests to Priority List
• Process Work Tickets for Daily Shop Orders
• Reconcile Daily Production Reports and make ready for Production Shops for next day
