About The Position

The Production Coordinator at Tecovas plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's production efforts by coordinating and organizing various photo and video shoots within the Content team. This entry-level position requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting the Senior Producer. The role is based in Austin, TX, and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes for production projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of production experience is a plus but not required; a solid understanding or interest in production is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a photography studio or fashion retail advertising, marketing, or creative environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support producers and in-house studio with productions of all types and scales - brand campaigns, product walkthroughs, lifestyle, and studio shoots.
• Process and organize production paperwork, including location releases, talent releases, vendor paperwork, and invoices.
• Support logistics, packing, and preparation for all shoots.
• Manage the shipping of product samples, supplies, and equipment to shoots and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for producers, crew, and talent, as required.
• Provide on-set production support as needed.
• Collaborate with the production and studio teams to keep project status tools updated.
