About The Position

The Production Coordinator is the operational backbone of the brand and creative teams. You’ll manage production calendars, track creative workflows, coordinate product samples and shoot logistics, and ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time and correct. This role bridges creative and marketing, supporting day-to-day execution across photography, design, copy, and digital content, helping bring the J&M brand to life in an integrated, consistent, and dynamic way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative services, marketing coordination, or agency production.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating photo or video shoots, with an understanding of creative production processes.
  • Excellent proofreading and attention to detail — ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), project management tools (Asana), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management systems and content workflows.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Own and strategically manage and maintain the creative production calendar — tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary project lead for creative timelines, proactively identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and driving accountability across creative, product, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and direction for direct mail production (catalogs, postcards, brand mailers, etc.)
  • Lead the process of reviewing and proofing creative deliverables (emails, catalog, signage, social, web, print) for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before final delivery.
  • Strategically partner with the marketing and production teams to coordinate all aspects of photoshoots — including scheduling, casting, location planning, and day-of logistics.
  • Direct the management of product samples for shoots — tracking inventory, managing shipping/returns, and maintaining communication with merchandising and product teams.
  • Establish and maintain standards for shoot documentation (shot lists, call sheets, schedules, talent info).
  • Oversee post-shoot processes, including file organization, asset tagging, and routing selects for approval.
  • Provide guidance and prioritization for photo and video production needs across e-commerce, campaign, lifestyle, and social content.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail and Wholesale teams to ensure creative assets are produced and delivered for all required channels and platforms.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and updates with stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Lead the management and enhancement of digital asset management systems, ensuring teams have easy access to approved creative files.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, photographers, stylists, and agencies to ensure smooth creative execution.

Benefits

  • Hybrid schedule with flexibility and collaboration built in.
  • Competitive compensation, full benefits, and employee discounts.
