About The Position

The Production Coordinator is to be the main connector between Project Management and Manufacturing. They are responsible to schedule all aspects of manufacturing within the 2D collateral division. The Production Coordinator ensures that all materials, resources and the production schedule for all equipment and services within the manufacturing plant are aligned with expectations. The Production Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all work going to the production floor is accurate. Shift Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or prior experience (4-6 years) scheduling production or directly related experience
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, and team building. Ability to influence without authority.
  • Technically savvy – able to interface with all Production departments.
  • Good communication skills
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
  • Computer skills- job tracking system and Microsoft Outlook

  • English proficiency is preferred to support job specific operational training and instruction requirements, workplace safety, and effective employee collaboration in a fast paced, changing environment. Many safety protocols, emergency instructions, and operational documentation are provided in English. Clear communication among team members during production activities is essential to maintain efficient workflow, adapt to changing requirements, prevent accidents, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and maintaining the production schedule for all internal equipment within the division.
  • Being the connection between Project Management (PM) and Manufacturing.
  • Communicating production times with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain communication with the production floor keeping up to date with production progress.
  • Ensuring that all production going to the floor is accurate and up to date.
  • Providing assistance to the PMs for overflow work.
  • Overseeing the production of internal employee request work.
