About The Position

Scattermesh is expanding its team and we are looking to hire experienced Production Coordinators to work across client projects on a full time basis on-site in Herndon, VA. This role requires experience in a strong mind for procedure and organization. The ideal candidate has strong note taking skills and memory recall. Candidates applying should have experience in coordinating creative projects in film/animation/games or other related fields.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal skills
Experienced communicator
Experience in a creative production environment
Art/Film/Gaming/Creative background and/or degree
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Production Management solutions like Kitsu, Shotgrid, FTrack, or similar
Enjoys repetitive tasks
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel or equivalent software
US citizenship required

Nice To Haves

Python/Scripting knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Facilitate - Learn the pipeline and workflow. Understand the various stages of production. Work with our teams to help them do their jobs as efficiently as possible.
Deliver - Track deadlines delivering quality products on time by coordinating the moving pieces ensuring all parties are equipped with what they need to get their jobs done.
Maintain Order - Learn and maintain the various systems we use to catalogue and archive files and associated content.
Create Systems - Find ways to improve what we do by analyzing our procedures for failure points/slowdowns and build systems that make our organization stronger.
