Requirements

5+ years of experience.
Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
Great time management skills
Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
High level of accountability
Customer service oriented
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and understanding title documents (Reader Sheets, Title Reports including all schedules and exhibits, deeds, mortgages.
Review title documentation to identify and resolve defects, liens, and encumbrances
Verify all documents for accuracy and check for corrections needed.
Process and coordinate multi-site and multi-state commercial and high-end residential title orders.
Review and edit the documents to comply with company formatting standards.
Work effectively with high volumes and frequent changes, all while meeting deadlines.
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve title issues and provide updates.
Adhere to all default production procedures in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
Assist in backing up other team members when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned.
