Job Summary This position will be responsible for providing support to Producers and Analysts on the industrial and hotel teams in marketing of real estate transactions from start to finish.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Real Estate/Finance background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers and Associates to develop opinion of value reports and marketing materials—coordinate with the graphics team on layout and oversee text execution.
• Enter financial data and assist with basic financial modeling for property evaluations.
• Act as the communication bridge between Producers, Associates, and clients, facilitating data requests and resolving inquiries.
• Create and produce customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research, and targeted client specific research.
• Maintain internal databases; manage and update deal statuses, manage press releases, marketing lists, activity tracking, and send e-mail blasts.
• Schedule appointments and conference calls for Producer’s and Associate’s external and internal meetings.
