About The Position

The Production Coordinator executes print and physical production projects from approved file to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Working under the Senior Design Manager, this role supports production logistics, in-house printing, finishing, and campus distribution.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in print production, shipping, logistics, or operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of project management and finances
Proficiency in Adobe software applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Possess strong relational ability
Print processes knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to communicate with influence (negotiate, handle conflict with confidence and honesty).

Responsibilities

Own planning, expectations, and scheduling for all client requests
Execute in-house printing, finishing, trimming, folding, binding, packaging, and preparation of materials for distribution or shipment.
Coordinate campus delivery and distribution of printed materials, ensuring correct quantities and delivery locations.
Prepare and package materials for external shipping and manage outgoing shipments as required.
Assist with vendor coordination, including pickups, drop-offs, and confirming production quantities and deadlines.
Review approved files, quantities, and specifications prior to production to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Maintain organization of production equipment, paper inventory, and print supplies, and communicate supply needs in advance.
Update job tracking systems and confirm completion of production milestones as directed.
Identify and communicate production issues or quality concerns promptly to the Senior Design Manager.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly production environment.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
