THE ROLE: The Production Coordinator supports the Head of Production and Scripted Production leadership by managing complex scheduling, production documentation, reporting, travel logistics, payment processing, and cross-department coordination across multiple scripted television projects. This role serves as a central operational hub for Studio Production, bridging Creative, Production, Production Finance, Business Affairs, Legal, and external partners. The Production Coordinator ensures accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth execution of workflows throughout development, prep, production, and post. The ideal candidate is passionate about production, highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in Box, Outlook, Excel, and Word is required; experience with Airtable and Scenechronize is a strong plus. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain precise records, and support fast-moving production environments is essential.
