About The Position

Shift: 5:15 PM-3:00 AM Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour + $0.5 shift differential ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: You will become proficient in the use of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. You will assist your co-workers with all equipment troubleshooting to keep equipment up and running. You will ensure your team members are on-time to and from work, lunches, breaks, etc. Coaching and discussions around team building are expected. Resolution to correction of these issues would be expected in all cases. Be flexible and go where needed. Assist in conducting line capability and/or loss studies for identified areas. Serve as an operator-trainer. Ensures accurate downtime reporting within LEDs. Work Closely with Line personnel and maintenance in to create a bridge of understand and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months of experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
