About The Position

Hope Fellowship is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator with a strong background in live Audio and Lighting to join our central office team. In this role, you’ll join our production staff and help to serve and contribute to the team and the volunteers across all Hope Fellowship campuses. You will be an active contributor in weekly services, strategic planning for production systems and teams, and hands-on production support in live environments. This role is both technical and relational—you’ll bring excellence to production while caring for and equipping people to serve in their God-given gifts. This position is a good role for you if you are someone with a positive attitude who collaborates well with others, and lives out of a humble and open-handed mentality with a passion for both people and production excellence.

Requirements

  • Proficient in live Audio on high end digital audio consoles.

Responsibilities

  • Support fellow production staff in weekly service preparation, quarterly events, and day-to-day office tasks.
  • Serve as the production staff member at a campus each weekend (4 weekends off per year).
  • Recruit, train, and mentor part-time staff and volunteers in production roles.
  • Collaborate on production strategy, systems, and team development across all campuses.
  • Be a key contributor for audio and lighting tasks.
  • Partner with production staff on quarterly cross-campus projects.
