About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our systems department. This intermediate leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in assigned work centers or assembly areas. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between production teams and management, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively
• Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in your assigned production area
• Act as a communication bridge between shifts and management
• Support and train team members on processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and performance reviews
• Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
