The role includes clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shop, creating applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings, and electronic files necessary for the operation of the shop floor and computerized manufacturing equipment. Additionally, the position requires creating job folders, generating shop drawings by work center, batching jobs, and creating cutting reports. The individual will also simultaneously create automated saw files and projection fabrication files, release jobs to the production team, update scheduling status, and edit work orders in On-Line Software for shop labor totals.
