About The Position

Job Summary Coordinate the accurate and timely processing of workflow throughout the location and maintain employee’s timecard accuracy in Kronos. Schedule: M-F; 6am-230pm Job Description Responsibilities: Release all freight and partial orders (including Embroidery, Floor Picks, and Uppers) within the WMS system. Separate and mark each order appropriately to ensure accurate processing and tracking. Scan all related paperwork and file electronically into designated folders, including: Bills of Lading (BOLs) Receiving documents Invoices Schedule inbound receiving appointments and communicate details clearly through company provided communication tools. Maintain organized and accurate documentation to support warehouse and production operations. Maintain various databases including data entry, data organization, and generate reports for various areas including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, Kaizan, etc. Assist with the coordination of the daily workflow throughout the location; Schedule and administer work assignments. Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, provide basic data organization for use in analysis. Review reports for potential problems. Contact the correct stakeholder to discuss the plan of action to be taken. Maintain documentation of communication and action plans. Provide support to internal and external customers by investigating and answering question and escalading issues as necessary. Prepare and process requisitions and Purchase Orders for the procurement of services and MRO items. Assist with the coordination of the daily workflow throughout the location; Schedule and administer work assignments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Type 40+ wpm.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: designing and creating simple queries, modifying data types, adding dates, working with required fields and/or creating labels).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Intermediate skill level in Project, and Adobe Writer.

Nice To Haves

  • AS400, and SAP knowledge preferred.
