About The Position
AAM is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Driveline team in Three Rivers, Michigan. This is a fully onsite position on the 1st shift. The Coordinator Production works with quality control, production control, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance departments to maintain schedules and affect changes and revisions. They ensure maximum use of capacity and requirements. They also analyze the quality and quantity of production and institutes corrective actions to eliminate deficiencies. This person will monitor and addresses priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling. They will also participate in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints. The Production Coordinator drives the implementation and usage of systems of production tracking and quality control.
