About The Position
AAM is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Twinsburg, OH on 1st shift. Production Coordinators work with quality control, production control, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance departments to maintain schedules and affect changes and revisions. They ensure maximum use of capacity and requirements, analyze the quality and quantity of production, and institute corrective actions to eliminate deficiencies. They monitor and address priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling. They participate in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints. They drive the implementation and usage of systems for production tracking and quality control.
