M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for a Production Coordination Specialist to support our field operations team and ensure jobs are prepared, compliant, and executed on time.
This role is mission-critical. You are the connector between suppliers, superintendents, customers, and city inspectors. If you thrive in organized chaos, love details, and take pride in operational precision - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare jobs for superintendent scheduling
• Coordinate material ETAs and confirm supplier deliveries
• Release material orders via phone/email (WILLCALL)
• Schedule city inspections and ensure municipal compliance
• Notify customers of deliveries and crew arrivals
• Maintain daily production sheets & AL Crew App scheduling
• Manage callbacks, service requests, and window scheduling
• Track inventory orders, returns, and material transfers
• Support payroll tracking for callbacks and completions
• Create and distribute daily production reports to leadership
