About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a production or coordination role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production software
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment (50lbs)
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
• Collaborative, deadline-driven work environment
• May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends during peak production periods.
• Unrestricted USA work authotization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Serve as a central point of communication between production teams and vendors
• Track production expenses
• Prepare and maintain production reports, call sheets, and documentation
• Assist with logistics, including staffing, equipment, and materials
• Monitor production progress and flag potential issues proactively
• Support with administrative and operational tasks
