Production Cook
About The Position
Evergreen is looking for a Production Cook to join our amazing Culinary Services team! Shift is from 10:00a.m.- 6:30p.m. for a total of 6 shifts (48 hours) per two-week pay period. Work on every other weekend and holiday is required. Competitive wage of $18.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential! Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and follow a recipe
- Previous cooking experience in a professional setting
Responsibilities
- Cook a high volume of food
- Prepare food for modified textured diets; pureed diets
- Strictly follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Work with other kitchen staff, communicate effectively, and coordinate food distribution to various locations.
