About The Position

The Production Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of menu items. The Production Cook must be able to follow recipes and be accountable for daily food productions. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Salary Starting Rate: $17.92 Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education. Each position has varying minimum qualifications.
