You will report to the shift supervisor and join a team of 235 plus team members. You will work onsite at our Food manufacturing plant in Kent WA.

Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations.
Monitor quality of product and remove substandard product.
Monitor flow of product and flippers.
Adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill.
Record information about process speed, waste and weight.
Check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer.
Monitor internal temperatures for the 'Cook and Chill' step to assess whether the critical control point (CCP) is being met for HACCP.
Understand Safety, Food Safety (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Trained and validated to clean and sanitize workstation equipment according to PPE requirements.
Report food safety issues or concerns to supervisors, management or personnel with authority to initiate action.

1+ years of experience operating machinery required.
Must maintain regular attendance per company policy.
Must meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others.
Must communicate with peers, leadership, team members, customers and clients.
Must improve performance and work processes through feedback, risk taking, and exploring new ideas.
Work varying hours and shifts, with occasional to frequent overtime, following production and plant requirements.
Must follow Conagra's Code of Conduct Policy.
