About The Position
The Production Controller is responsible for managing the volume and workflow of a Fulfillment Center (FC) to meet service level agreements (SLA) and productivity efficiency requirements. This role involves understanding complex technical operations, prioritizing critical tasks, and maintaining balance across various processing areas. The Production Controller will conduct regular reviews of operational status, coach building leaders, and ensure effective communication with FC Operations leaders.
