Brief Description: The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and control of operational information within the Operations Department. This role ensures effective document control, work order management, inventory accuracy, and data integrity across production activities. The Supervisor provides administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager while leading, guiding, and developing Production Control Administrators to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in production control processes. Detailed Description: Oversee the processing and accuracy of work orders for new builds, including preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production prints. Supervise the processing of sales orders for nozzles and accessories, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Review and validate repair and new build travelers, ensuring assets are accurately added and maintained in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Ensure work orders and travelers are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release to production. Compile, review, and analyze weekly bit count reports, providing insights and updates to operations leadership. Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts, ensuring inventory locations remain accurate and current. Maintain oversight of document control, data entry, and work-in-process updates to support production efficiency. Provide direct supervision, training, and process guidance to Production Control Administrators to ensure consistent execution of procedures. Partner with the Operations Manager to support reporting, scheduling, audits, and operational planning. Identify opportunities for process improvements within production control and inventory management functions. Perform other related duties as required to support operational goals and deadlines.
