Requirements

  • Computer fluency to include Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow procedure
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing and/or production planning experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members.
  • Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation.
  • Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
  • Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Any other related duties as required
