About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Control Supervisor to join our growing and stable company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control practices, master & production scheduling, and experience with MRP/ERP systems. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting in a dynamic and heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in process improvement and engineering.
Strong understanding of cost reduction strategies.
Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies.
Bachelor's degree is a must.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Experience in process improvements and implementation.
Ability to conduct forecast modeling.
Knowledgeable on supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Engage in process engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies to optimize production processes.
Manage and control inventory to ensure timely and efficient production.
Plan and forecast production requirements to meet business objectives.
Track and report on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery of units.
