About The Position

Texas Hydraulics is entering an exciting phase of operational growth, and we are seeking a Master Scheduler who can help us scale with discipline. This is not a transactional scheduling role. This position sits at the center of our supply chain execution model, translating demand into stable, system-driven production plans that our manufacturing teams can trust and execute. The right candidate will bring strong systems thinking, planning discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners in a fast-moving, engineered manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS and/or Oracle ASCP
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical capability and strong operational judgment
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Systems thinker who thrives in structured, process-driven environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in make-to-order or highly engineered environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in support of customer demand and committed lead times
  • Translate approved demand into stable, executable production schedules within Oracle EBS / ASCP
  • Enforce planning, demand, and release time fences to protect schedule stability
  • Govern planned-to-released order discipline, including auto-firm and auto-release processes
  • Monitor schedule adherence and drive rapid corrective action when deviations occur
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to resolve constraints and align priorities
  • Lead weekly production and schedule alignment forums
  • Maintain integrity of planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizing, and routing accuracy
  • Support SIOP alignment by ensuring execution plans reflect approved demand and capacity assumptions
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics that increase visibility to schedule health
  • Identify root causes of expediting, instability, and rework, and implement sustainable countermeasures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual touchpoints and increase system trust
  • Analyze supplier and procurement performance trends and partner on corrective actions where needed
  • Utilize standard work and continuous improvement tools to reduce waste, cost, and variability
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all supplier and internal interactions
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and appropriate escalation when alignment is needed
