TTI Power Equipment, Inc. has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Production Control Manager who reports to the Senior Production Control Manager and will assist in all data and analytics-related initiatives for TTI Power Equipment, Inc. distribution facilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in all facets of Data Analytics within an enterprise-level warehousing and distribution environment
  • Minimum of years of management experience.
  • SAP knowledge, preferred.
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer, reviewing data.
  • Repetitive motion/hand and eye coordination.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; if needed, team lifts over 50 lbs.
  • No final warnings
  • No more than 6 attendance points
  • Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
  • Must be in current role for 6+ months.
  • Must meet all job description requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Overall strategic and tactical execution responsibilities for production control (flow of goods through the DCs and all data and analytics initiatives.
  • Ownership of DC forecasting, labor, capacity, and production planning, in addition to Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Establish site and department KPI's that can be accurately tracked and reported to leadership.
  • Implementation of labor management system and employee incentive program.
  • Development of reports in Power BI that support the needs of the business.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports as part of the leadership development program.
  • Prioritization & delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Research, vet, implement, and develop innovative technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.
