About The Position

Responsibilities include coordinate and expedite the flow of work, communication, and materials inside or between departments in accordance to the production schedule.

Requirements

• Must have or be familiar with aircraft repair processes
• Must have superior customer service experience
• Must demonstrate problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to measure customer needs, requirements, and expectations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must have good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, dependable, organized, and able to function in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze records and reports on production.
• Review production objectives, deadlines and work orders to determine priorities.
• Distribute specific and efficient production schedules and duties to departments.
