About The Position

The position involves coordinating and expediting the flow of work, communication, and materials inside or between departments in accordance with the production schedule. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that production objectives and deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have or be familiar with aircraft repair processes.
• Must have superior customer service experience.
• Must demonstrate problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to measure customer needs, requirements, and expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, dependable, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze records and reports on production.
• Review production objectives, deadlines and work orders to determine priorities.
• Distribute specific and efficient production schedules and duties to departments.
