Requirements

• 6 months or more of data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• Data entry skills (35 wpm)

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer requests with the corresponding supplies/materials
• Receive, unload, check and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
