Production Clerk working primarily in the Produce Department and responsible for the preparation of perishable and non-perishable merchandise for sale prior to and during regular store hours. This person's primary duties include ordering, cutting fresh fruits and vegetables, food safety, handling special orders, keeping the Value added case full and fresh. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned including organizing the cooler, sanitation, housekeeping, trimming, packaging, stocking, and otherwise performing the Department's early morning set-up routine.
