About The Position

The Production Clerk position at Bonduelle Americas is a vital role within the manufacturing plants, supporting production team leads to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory of production packaging materials and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English preferred
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24-hour plant environment
• Comprehension of basic math
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, JDE/DSI/RPDMS)
• SKI CK3 Scanner proficiency
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to understand plant KPIs (production, quality, and safety)
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE and safety guidelines
• Maintain HACCP and sanitation guidelines and processes
• Utilize DSI Scanner functions to allocate inventory to various production work orders, film, boxes, and trays
• Maintain accurate inventory of film, boxes, and trays
• Understand yield standards
• Work safely around moving equipment and conveyors in a wet environment
• Perform proper scanning of line downtime and scan proper parts/SKUs
• Keep track of identification tags by running reports from ERP and RPDMS systems
• Maintain production efficiency (80% +)
• Run inventory reports to ensure all materials have been entered correctly into JDE
• Support production as necessary
• Record inventory on the usage sheet
• Be cross-trained and multitask in multiple positions
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Comply with SQF regulatory programs
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Follow and enforce the 5S methodology including maintaining tools and equipment as defined by the 5S marking
• Validate physical inventory quantities by location and match against consumptions
• Ensure compliance for product specifications
• Conduct AM activities for which responsible
• Perform other duties as needed.
