Requirements

• Literate with basic math skills.
• Computer and typing skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to communicate and work well with people on all levels, both internally and outside of the company.
• Organizational skills are important.
• Experience with Somax and Glovia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Typing, data entry, filing, copying, faxing and answering several phone lines.
• Assisting visitors and employees and directing them to the proper destination.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Maintain records on incoming deliveries.
• Create and update charts or reports in Word or Excel.
• Check all details on invoices.
• Match packing slips to invoices.
• Process packing slips for payment.
• Developing and entering a variety of information (systems tables, part numbers, bill of materials, routings/labor steps, daily, weekly, monthly reports) directly or from data sheets into Glovia (Material Requirements Planning System).
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Responsible for producing a high quality product.
• Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
