About The Position

Efficiently and effectively produce high-quality boxes while ensuring safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the production process. Starting at $15.00 per hr. – earn $3.00 more per hour from 12am to 8am with perfect weekly attendance. Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Legal eligibility to work in the US.
Required basic math skills
Must have basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses.
Must have knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe operations.
Must have basic arithmetic skills such as multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, and measurements.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

Make proper check procedures to ensure high quality boxes.
Continually inspect boxes for defects and/or poor gluing.
Maintain correct adjustments on machines – speed, size changes, etc.
Ability to train other employees to operate and maintain machines properly.
Ensure boxes are placed in proper holding area.
Diagnose and solve problems quickly.
Ability to make 3500 boxes during assigned shift.
Ability to make box size changes correctly and accurately within a 15-minute time frame.
Requires the ability to make accurate transactions in production operating system.
Moving boxes from locations and issuing to appropriate jobs.
Maintain accurate box inventory.
Keep the area neat and clean.
Inform maintenance when equipment problems occur.
Maintain and follow all safety rules.
