About The Position

We are looking for a fearless and accountable Production Bakery Combination Team Member who is positive and passionate! Our Production Bakery Combination Team Members assist bakers and decorators in the production and packaging of bakery products and also performs tasks necessary to maintain the Production Bakery's current cleaning and sanitation standards. Qualified candidates will have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Be part of our Production Bakery team and help us make a positive impact. The Production Bakery may be operational up to 7 days per week and workers may work day or night shifts depending upon production needs. Production Bakery Combination Workers are scheduled to work Night Shift 8 hours per day (12:00am to 8:30am), 5 days per week, which may include weekends. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to receive direction and perform duties.
• Flexibility in changing work priorities and responsiveness to requests.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work with a team or independently in an accurate and timely manner.
• Employment contingent upon passing a drug screening test and a pre-employment physical ability test.

Responsibilities

• Assist bakers and decorators in the production and packaging of bakery products.
• Perform tasks necessary to maintain the Production Bakery's cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Perform various assigned tasks to assist Bakers, Machine Operators, and Decorators during the day shift.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, pans, and the production bakery facility during the night shift.
• Assist in packaging of bakery products during the night shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
