Grand Central Bakery is seeking bakers for our high-volume production bakery to produce thousands of our flavor-packed rustic breads and savory pastries for our customers! Applicants for the Bread Baker position should have a passion for baking artisan bread in a high-volume production environment for our community. The Bread Baker thrives in a fast-paced environment with a team first approach and has a desire to develop their artisan bakery skills. This is a physical position that will keep you moving during the entirety of a shift. The Baker 1 is responsible for learning to produce high quality artisan baked goods while maintaining efficiency and adhering FSMA requirements. This position requires an attention to detail, a desire to continually improve upon one’s skills as a production baker, and an ability to work cooperatively in a production level team environment. We are willing and able to train enthusiastic candidates with no or limited baking experience!
