Production Associate

About the position

WillowWood Global of Mt Sterling is a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of prosthetic products, providing innovative solutions to improve the lives of amputees. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in the liner manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our liners meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Candidate must be punctual and report to work on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of liners.
• Follow detailed production instructions and guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Record and report production data as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
