About The Position
CertaPro Painters of Tacoma is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Foreman to join our team in University Place, WA. As a locally owned franchise established in 2014, we specialize in providing high-quality interior and exterior residential painting services across Pierce and Kitsap counties. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our crews are supported throughout the process. You will kick off each project by coordinating with the paint crew and the client, checking in daily to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain open lines of communication. Conducting safety meetings, assisting with scheduling, and leading production meetings are also key aspects of this position. Your ability to maintain client relationships and follow up on project outcomes will be crucial to our success. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in painting and construction but also possesses a strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
