About The Position
The Production Associate is responsible for sorting salable from salvage material and preparing merchandise for sale, which sustains the production plant and retail operation. The role involves evaluating product value, maintaining production tallies, and ensuring adequate merchandise is available in the retail store. The associate will also identify goods for special sales and auctions, process unsold items, and maintain supplies inventory while ensuring a clean work environment. Safety is a priority, and the associate must demonstrate safe work practices and report any potential hazards or accidents. Building and maintaining customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role, along with contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
