About The Position

The position involves working in a cabinet manufacturing environment where you will be trained on the basics of cabinet making, referred to as Cabinets 101. After a 1-2 week training period, you will participate in an all-hands meeting to discuss daily production goals, safety, and other important matters. Your primary responsibilities will include manufacturing or assembling cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while adhering to the company's Four Basics: maintaining a safe and clean workplace, ensuring quality at or above expectations, completing on-time delivery, and producing fashionable products at a fair price.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (8-10 hours)
• Ability to read measurements and calculate numbers
• Experience using handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills
• Must be 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
