The position involves working in a cabinet manufacturing environment where you will be trained on the basics of cabinet making, referred to as Cabinets 101. After a 1-2 week training period, you will participate in an all-hands meeting to discuss daily production goals, safety, and other important matters. Your primary responsibilities will include manufacturing or assembling cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while adhering to the company's Four Basics: maintaining a safe and clean workplace, ensuring quality at or above expectations, completing on-time delivery, and producing fashionable products at a fair price.
