About The Position
We are hiring a Production Associate for our warehouse in Allentown, PA. This position is responsible for organizing, directing, training, and effectively communicating productivity, efficiency, and behavioral expectations to the personnel on the production line to which they are assigned as lead, while ensuring that operating procedures are followed and quality standards are met. This position is also responsible for communicating any issues (quality, productivity, personnel, etc.) to line supervision and/or production management in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves monitoring quality on the assigned line and ensuring that the product being packed out matches the specifications provided by quality control, as well as communicating those requirements to line personnel.
