About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate, 3rd Shift, for our plant in Wixom, MI. Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Duties & Responsibilities Perform production tasks accurately and efficiently according to established standards. Always follow safety procedures and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or workflow. Use inventory and tracking systems correctly when required. Support other departments or production areas as needed to meet deadlines. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Help protect production flow by completing work on time and minimizing rework. Report on working on time and maintaining regular, reliable attendance

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to use small hand tools.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English.
Effective communication with management and co-workers.
Recognize safety issues and corrective actions.
