Production Associate Weekend Shift
About The Position
The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with hands. The job description indicates that tasks will be performed across a variety of departments, potentially including delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows. The associate will use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers, and must be able to understand and carry out verbal and simple written instructions, read work orders, labels, and schedules, use a tape measure, and inspect for product defects. The training period for this position requires working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM for approximately up to 6 weeks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units
- May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows
- Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
- Understand and carry out verbal instructions
- Read and carry out simple written instructions
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules
- Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects
- Make fraction and decimal conversions
- Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees
