As a Production Associate, you will learn and grow your skills and capabilities which will set you up for future advancement within the organization. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided for all entry-level roles. Requirements

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs.

Responsibilities

Place yarn cones onto holders (creels) to feed yarn into carpet manufacturing (tufting) machines (Creeler).
Run the carpet manufacturing machines (tufting), ensure high quality carpet production, and ensure a safe work environment (Tufting Operator).
Run machines to help convert pellets or chips into usable fibers or strands that make up the carpets we produce (Compounding Operator).
Operate and troubleshoot machines that sort and separate carpet scrap to support the recycling of materials (Tile Reclaim Operator).
Operate various forklifts, lift trucks, and other material handling vehicles to support shipping, receiving, and manufacturing activities (Lift Truck Operator).
