As a Production Associate, you’ll be a key player on our manufacturing floor—helping turn raw materials into finished products that reach customers across the country. 🟢 Level I – Get Started & Learn the Flow Support the production line to keep operations running smoothly Pack finished products for shipment Stage materials and keep lines stocked Assist with scanning, labeling, and packaging Be part of a fast-moving, team-driven environment 🔵 Level II – Build, Assemble & Execute Read production schedules and follow work orders Assemble products using hand tools and air tools Install components like insulation and end stiles Ensure accuracy in labeling and inventory tracking Keep pace with production demands while maintaining quality Support multiple stations and collaborate across teams 🔴 Level III – Lead the Line & Drive Quality Work across all production areas with full cross-training Monitor workflow and step in where needed Perform quality checks and testing Measure, cut, and customize products based on customer orders Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Requirements

  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
  • Spanish fluency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or assembly experience
  • Forklift certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
